Activate Microsoft® integration
You need a Microsoft® 365 or Azure 365 account.
Activating Microsoft® integration lets you search for people in Microsoft® Outlook 365 or Azure 365 contacts and synchronize your local contacts with Microsoft® Outlook 365. All local contacts or groups created, modified or deleted either in ALE SoftPhone or in Microsoft® Outlook applications will be created, modified or deleted in both applications at the same time. For example, if you create a local contact in ALE SoftPhone it will also be created in Microsoft® Outlook. If you modify a Microsoft® Outlook contact it will also be modified in ALE SoftPhone.
If this option is not activated, the search displays Microsoft® Outlook contacts only if you are using the Microsoft® Outlook application on your computer but contacts are not synchronized.
If the Outlook application is not installed on your computer, for example because you are using the web browser to check your Microsoft® Outlook 365 mailbox, you can search a Microsoft® Outlook contact in ALE SoftPhone by activating this option.

Microsoft® Office-Integration aktivieren
Sie benötigen ein Microsoft® Outlook 365- oder Azure 365-Konto.
Durch eine Aktivierung der Microsoft®-Integration können Sie nach Personen in Microsoft® Outlook 365- oder Azure 365-Kontakten suchen und Ihre lokalen Kontakte mit Microsoft® Outlook 365 synchronisieren. Alle lokalen Kontakte oder Gruppen, die entweder in ALE SoftPhone oder in Microsoft® Outlook erstellt, geändert oder gelöscht werden, werden in beiden Anwendungen gleichzeitig erstellt, geändert oder gelöscht. Wenn Sie zum Beispiel einen lokalen Kontakt in ALE SoftPhone erstellen, wird dieser auch in Microsoft® Outlook angelegt. Wenn Sie einen Microsoft® Outlook-Kontakt ändern, wird dieser auch in ALE SoftPhone geändert.
Wenn diese Option nicht aktiviert ist, zeigt die Suche Microsoft® Outlook-Kontakte nur an, wenn Sie Microsoft® Outlook auf Ihrem Computer verwenden, die Kontakte werden jedoch nicht synchronisiert.
Wenn die Outlook-Anwendung nicht auf Ihrem Computer installiert ist, z. B. weil Sie den Webbrowser verwenden, um Ihr Microsoft® Outlook 365-Postfach zu überprüfen, können Sie einen Microsoft® Outlook-Kontakt in ALE SoftPhone suchen, indem Sie diese Option aktivieren.

Activar la integración de Microsoft®
Se necesita una cuenta de Microsoft® Outlook 365 o Azure 365.
La activación de la integración de Microsoft® permite buscar personas en los contactos de Microsoft® Outlook 365 o Azure 365 y sincronizar los contactos locales con Microsoft® Outlook 365 todos los contactos o grupos locales creados, modificados o eliminados en ALE SoftPhone o en las aplicaciones de Microsoft® Outlook se crearán, modificarán o eliminarán en ambas aplicaciones al mismo tiempo por ejemplo, si se crea un contacto local en ALE SoftPhone también se creará en Microsoft® Outlook si se modifica un contacto de Microsoft® Outlook también se modificará en ALE SoftPhone.
Si esta opción no está activada, la búsqueda muestra los contactos de Microsoft® Outlook solamente si se está utilizando la aplicación Microsoft® Outlook en el ordenador, pero los contactos no están sincronizados.
Si la aplicación Outlook no está instalada en el ordenador, por ejemplo porque se está utilizando el navegador web para consultar el buzón de Microsoft® Outlook 365, se puede buscar un contacto de Microsoft® Outlook en ALE SoftPhone activando esta opción.

Door activeren van Microsoft® integratie kunt u mensen zoeken in Microsoft® Outlook 365 of Azure 365 contactpersonen en uw lokale contactpersonen synchroniseren met Microsoft® Outlook 365 alle lokale contactpersonen of groepen die in ALE SoftPhone of in Microsoft® Outlook zijn aangemaakt, gewijzigd of verwijderd, worden tegelijkertijd in beide toepassingen aangemaakt, gewijzigd of verwijderd als u bijvoorbeeld een lokaal contact aanmaakt in ALE SoftPhone, wordt het ook aangemaakt in Microsoft® Outlook als u een Microsoft® Outlook contact wijzigt, wordt het ook gewijzigd in ALE SoftPhone.
Als deze optie niet is geactiveerd, geeft de zoekopdracht alleen Microsoft® Outlook contactpersonen weer als u de Microsoft® Outlook toepassing op uw computer gebruikt, maar de contactpersonen niet zijn gesynchroniseerd.
Als de Outlook toepassing niet op uw computer is geïnstalleerd, bijvoorbeeld omdat u de webbrowser gebruikt om uw Microsoft® Outlook 365 mailbox te controleren, kunt u een Microsoft® Outlook contact in ALE SoftPhone zoeken door deze optie te activeren.
