Hot Desking

This feature allows you to use any compatible SIP desk phones in your company with your own phone number. When you activate your account on a desk phone, your entire phone configuration will be retrieved: local directory, history (requiring server support). After reboot, the phone restores its initial configuration.

We recommend activating only one phone number at a time to ensure that all incoming calls are received on the same phone.

This feature must be activated by the administrator of the desk phone.

Before using this feature, you must program a key on the desk phone for the feature: Hot Desking.

Log on to Hot Desking

When you start the Hot Desking feature, all user configurations on the desk phone are cleared.

	Select the Hot Desking programmed key.
OK	Confirm that all current user configurations will be cleared.
	Enter the phone number and password of your SIP account.
or Save	Confirm. The desk phone automatically loads the SIP account configuration. You can use the desk phone with your own account.

Log off from Hot Desking

When you want to leave the office and restore the initial state of the desk phone, you have to logout and reboot the phone.

Bureau partagé

Cette fonction vous permet d’utiliser n’importe quel téléphone de bureau SIP compatible dans votre entreprise avec votre propre numéro de téléphone. Lorsque vous activez votre compte sur un téléphone de bureau, vous récupérez toute la configuration de votre téléphone : annuaire local, historique (un serveur de prise en charge est requis). Après le redémarrage, le téléphone restaure sa configuration initiale.

Nous recommandons d’activer un seul numéro de téléphone à la fois afin de s’assurer que tous les appels entrants sont reçus sur le même téléphone.

Cette fonction doit être activée par l’administrateur du téléphone de bureau.

Avant d’utiliser cette fonction, vous devez programmer une touche de fonction sur le téléphone de bureau : Bureau partagé.

Connexion au bureau partagé

Lorsque vous démarrez la fonction de partage de bureau, toutes les configurations d’utilisateur sur le téléphone de bureau sont effacées.

	Sélectionnez la touche de partage de bureau programmée.
OK	Confirmez que toutes les configurations d’utilisateur actuelles seront effacées.
	Saisissez le numéro de téléphone et le mot de passe de votre compte SIP.
ou Sauvegarder	Confirmez. Le téléphone de bureau charge automatiquement la configuration du compte SIP. Vous pouvez utiliser le téléphone de bureau avec votre propre compte.

Déconnexion du bureau partagé

Lorsque vous voulez quitter le bureau et retrouver l’état initial du téléphone de bureau, vous devez vous déconnecter et redémarrer le téléphone.

Beachten Sie, dass diese Funktion vom Administrator des jeweiligen Tischtelefons aktiviert werden muss.

Bevor Sie diese Funktion nutzen, müssen Sie eine der verfügbaren Tasten des Tischtelefons entsprechend programmieren: Büroraumverwaltung.

Anmeldung zu Hot Desking

Beachten Sie, dass beim Start der Hot-Desking-Funktion alle Benutzerkonfigurationen des jeweiligen Telefons gelöscht werden.

	Drücken Sie die programmierbare Taste für die Hot Desking-Funktion.
OK	Bestätigen Sie die Löschung aller aktuellen Benutzerkonfigurationen.
	Geben Sie die Rufnummer und das Passwort Ihres SIP-Kontos ein.
oder Speichern	Bestätigen Sie Ihre Eingabe. Die Konfiguration des SIP-Kontos wird auf das Tischtelefon automatisch geladen. Jetzt können Sie das Tischtelefon mit Ihrem eigenen Konto verwenden.

Abmeldung von Hot Desking

Möchten Sie Ihren Arbeitsplatz verlassen und den Ausgangszustand des Tischtelefons wiederherstellen, müssen Sie sich abmelden und das Telefon neu starten.

	Immettere il numero di telefono e la password dell'account SIP.
o Salva	Conferma. Il telefono da tavolo caricherà automaticamente la configurazione dell'account SIP. È possibile utilizzare il telefono da tavolo con il proprio account.

Disconnessione dall'Hot Desking

Quando si lascia l'ufficio e si desidera ripristinare lo stato iniziale del telefono da tavolo, è necessario disconnettersi e riavviare il telefono.

Compartilhamento do telefone

Essa funcionalidade permite que você use qualquer telefone fixo SIP compatível em sua empresa com seu próprio número de telefone. Faça login no Compartilhamento do telefone

Quando você inicia a funcionalidade Compartilhamento do telefone, todas as configurações do usuário são apagadas.

	Selecione a tecla programada Compartilhamento do telefone.
OK	Confirma que todas as configurações do usuário atual serão apagadas.
	Insira o número do telefone e a senha de sua conta SIP.
ou Salvar	Confirme. O telefone fixo carrega automaticamente a configuração da conta SIP. É possível usar o telefone fixo com sua própria conta.

Sair do Compartilhamento do telefone

Quando você quiser sair do escritório e restaurar o estado inicial do telefone fixo, é necessário sair e reiniciá-lo.

Escritorio compartido

Esta función le permite utilizar cualquier teléfono de escritorio SIP compatible en su empresa con su propio número de teléfono. Cuando active su cuenta en un teléfono de escritorio, se recuperará toda la configuración de tu teléfono: directorio local, historial (que requiere compatibilidad con el servidor). Después del reinicio, el teléfono recupera su configuración inicial.

Se recomienda activar sólo un número de teléfono a la vez para garantizar que todas las llamadas entrantes se reciban en el mismo teléfono.

Esta función debe ser activada por el administrador del teléfono de escritorio.

Antes de usar esta función, tendrá que programar una tecla del teléfono de escritorio para la función: Escritorio compartido.

Acceder al escritorio compartido

Cuando se inicia la función de escritorio compartido, se borran todas las configuraciones de usuario del teléfono de escritorio.

	Seleccione la tecla programada de escritorio compartido.
Aceptar	Confirme que todas las configuraciones actuales de los usuarios serán borradas.
	Introduzca el número de teléfono y la contraseña de su cuenta SIP.
o Guardar	Confirmar. El teléfono carga automáticamente la configuración de la cuenta SIP. Puede utilizar el teléfono de escritorio con su propia cuenta.

Salir del escritorio compartido

Cuando quiera salir de la oficina y restaurar el estado inicial del teléfono de escritorio, tiene que cerrar la sesión y reiniciar el teléfono.
